What we need from our clients to enable you to get the most from your green-cleaning dollar:

Intake Session and Consultation: this is usually a telephone Q&A that takes about fifteen minutes. Staff will take you through a checklist to note the size of your apartment and extent of pest problem (if any) to determine which recommended services are right for you.

Desired Services Checklist: A form we will send for you to fill out before the first scheduled cleaning appointment. It will help guide you through what needs to be done so you can plan to get the most efficient time with your cleaning professional. This list is ordered by priority: at the top you’ll find organizing services since a certain amount of floorspace is necessary for efficient cleaning…

Commitment: We need you to have a clear idea of what you want before we start. Whether you need shelves installed or help digitizing your child’s old schoolwork for scrap-booking purposes, you may find the three-hour minimum for the first visit is not enough. There is a ten-percent discount for the second and third appointments.
